Tyler and I are completing an 86-hour fast! Day 1, I was craving everything and just wanted food. On day 2, I was good and hyper-focused. Day 3, sis is tired! Just landed on Day 4, and I get to eat today! Super challenging but it’s supposed to be great for your body and kill all the bad cells.
Halfway through the Fem MD treatment (vagina tightening) and I already love the results. It works y’all!

My thoughts on seed oils: It’s sometimes a complex issue because people can’t differentiate what oil is good or bad, but any highly processed hydrogenated seed oils (Canola, sunflower, etc.) are inflammatory and linked to clogged arteries. Do your research, but I cook with organic extra virgin olive oil, organic butter, or organic avocado oil.
