In other news, I am still pregnant AF and ready to pop any day now! I can’t wait to meet this new human and finally find out the gender. We have the nursery all set up and ready to welcome this lil nugget into the Gaff Fam.

Oh, just launching a podcast, a business, and having a new baby all at the same time… no biggie!
After months of grinding and non-stop hard work, I finally have some time to nest and to focus on the baby when he/she arrives. Perfect time to catch up on my fave shows (Yellowstone series, Succession, Ted Lasso).
Little league baseball and flag football season are in full swing! We spend our weekends watching Jaxon and Conway dominate their teams (it’s in their genetics) and it’s been so fun to watch.

Birth Plan? Show up on gameday, epidural, & push! However, there are a few things that are helping me prep: Evening Primrose Oil, foot massages, raspberry leaf tea, bouncing on a yoga ball, & curb walking.
Spending quality time with your significant other: smack each others’ ass, say “thank you for…”, laugh, make each other food, parent as a team, always greet each other when you walk in the door/room with excitement and affection, lots of smooches, Ty makes me breakfast every morning, get into bed at the same time without devices.
Daily food routine: Protein smoothie and oatmeal, salad with added protein, lots of tea, and for dinner it differs– sometimes pasta, sometimes veggies, sometimes egg rolls– I believe in eating in moderation and eating food that loves you back!
I can’t wait to get my botox again once this baby arrives!
