I just like smiling, smiling is my favorite!
Happy Holidays,
Ok, so Christmas is here...WHAT! I can't wrap my head around how that happened so fast, but here we are. Of course, I voluntarily signed myself and my family up for way more than I should have but I've got my secret weapon to make it through (*cough* tequila *cough*). I hope everyone has a happy and healthy holiday!Â
Trust in your journey. Trust in the process. Trust in God + whatever he has planned for you. Focus on what you can control, set goals + EXECUTE. Dream big + surround yourself with those who can lift you up.
2021, despite all the craziness, was a HELL of a year, and like I always say, only go up - in life, in career, in relationships.
Well in 2022, we are all going alllllll the way up!

Health Tip:
We all know the holidays come with lots of eating and copious amounts of cocktails. So when the party is over, pour yourself some detox water!
Slice up a lemon and lime, half a cucumber, and add them to your water. This mixture is anti-inflammatory and will help you debloat. Fill up a large pitcher and refill your glass throughout the day. It's almost like you're at the spa!
Business Bitch Tip:
Write it down! Dreams, plans, things to do, affirmations, goals! If you write it down, you are more likely to achieve it.
Read it and believe it. Studies show that you remember things better when you write them down.
Not only for remembering, but this helps make your mind more efficient, by focusing on the important things- aka GOALS!
Beauty Secret of the Week:
I am a firm believer in investing in yourself. That includes the things that make you feel beautiful!
I love treating my skin to facials and have recently been micro-needling. This helps with discoloration and keeping my skin youthful.
When I don't go to a professional, I use my own face steamer and my favorite hydrating skincare products for a refreshed glow!
Revolve Pick of the Week:
You asked for hot-mom-looks-for-less and I listened! Check out this hot dress perfect for any upcoming events.

Merry Christmas from my family to yours!
xx,
Kris
