Happy Wednesday everybody! I hope you’re all enjoying the sunshine and warm weather. We are back from Hawaii and feeling so refreshed and tan! Our family loves spending time on the island just chilling, the boys play all day, and we eat GOOD.

What’s New 🤩

• I’m starting a challenge for myself. For 21 days (until Cabo), I’m doing the Murph Challenge. The workout is a 1-mile run/walk, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, and 300 squats. I’m 10 weeks postpartum and on a mission to get back into the body that I feel best in!

• Drinking AG1.

• Taking my essential vitamins.

I repeat, there are no perfect bodied Instagram models in real life 🤔 👙 Funny, I’m 2 months postpartum & am still adjusting to the “give yourself grace” period of postpartum body. I was anxious with summer & low & behold when I’ve been at the beach & pool I didn’t see high asses in thong bikinis. I didn’t see perfectly colored smooth skin or tiny waists or girls with full makeup on. No. To my pleasant surprise I saw bodies like mine. Cellulite on the thighs & stretch marks all over. High boobs, low boobs, big titties, baby titties. Mom pooches & margarita rolls. Big ol booties & pancake booties. That’s what I saw- REAL life bodies. Just remember this summer, what you see on your feed ain’t real life. Go to the beach.. THAT’S real life. Another kind reminder, us girls are the ones who are hard on ourselves & each other. I promise you the dudes love all the surface area & something to grab onto 🍑 As the homie Kendrick says, “Show me somethin’ natural like ass with some stretch marks.” Stay humble my friends 😜”
